Capabilities
• Level I, II, III authorized repair center for most major manufacturers.
• State of the art tracking system that ensures all defined steps are completed
in the repair process flow guaranteeing the highest quality levels and customer satisfaction.
• Advance Exchange, Inbound Data Capture, Specific Process Flows, Reporting Needs and 100%
quality check on all units.
• Windows based platform with the ability to transmit customer sensitive data through HTML,
CSV, EDI or other related mediums to facilitate data collection requirements.
Value-Added Services
• Shipment Tracing / Tracking.
• Order and Shipping Confirmation.
• Return Material Authorization.
• Quantity received will be counted and verified, any discrepancy will be identified
and
reported back to point of origin.
• Accurate reporting of all required information such as; Date, ESN/IMEI, MSN,
Product Code
and HW/SW.
Quality Control
• Quality Control procedures consistent with ISO standards.
• Radiant RF testing on all units before allowed to proceed to the next station, which is strictly controlled by our unit tracking system.
• Complete quality check on 100% of all out going units.
